User Service Agreement

I. Service Description

EzTools provides a series of tool services. Users can learn about relevant mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as "the software") through this official website and use the related functions subject to this agreement.

• This service is for personal non-commercial use only. Specific features, availability, and system requirements may vary by app version, device, and operating system. The features available to you are those supported by the version installed on your device and described in the app.

II. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Some EzTools apps offer optional Pro access. The basic features of AirSwipe and FloatCalc can be used without a purchase. Depending on the app version and the options actually offered in the app, Pro access may be available through a lifetime purchase, a monthly subscription, or, for AirSwipe versions that include rewarded ads, time-limited access earned by voluntarily watching an ad. Within the same app, a lifetime purchase and an active subscription provide access to the same Pro features. A purchase for one EzTools app does not unlock Pro in another app unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Lifetime purchase: a one-time payment that does not renew automatically. Once completed and not refunded or revoked, the Google Play account associated with the purchase retains permanent Pro access for the app in which it was purchased.
• Monthly subscription: renews automatically each month until you cancel. After cancellation, Pro access generally continues until the end of the current billing period unless the Google Play terms, applicable law, or the purchase screen states otherwise.
• Free trials and offers: some users who meet Google Play eligibility requirements may see a free trial or another offer. Eligible FloatCalc users may be shown a 7-day free trial for the monthly subscription. Eligibility, duration, offer details, the time of conversion to a paid subscription, and the price charged afterward are shown before purchase. If you do not want a trial to convert to a paid subscription, cancel before the trial ends.
• Rewarded ads in AirSwipe: some AirSwipe versions may allow you to voluntarily watch a Google AdMob rewarded ad for the period of Pro access shown in the app. Ad availability, the access period, and usage limits are determined by the installed version and the information shown in the app. Watching a rewarded ad is not a purchase and does not renew automatically. FloatCalc does not currently provide Pro access through rewarded ads.
• Pending payments: an app does not grant Pro access while Google Play marks a transaction as pending. The corresponding access is unlocked only after Google Play completes and confirms the payment.
• Management and cancellation: in versions that support subscriptions, you can manage or cancel a subscription through About & Support > Manage subscription in AirSwipe, About > Manage in FloatCalc, or the Google Play Subscription Center. Uninstalling an app does not cancel its subscription.
• Overlapping lifetime access and subscriptions: Lifetime access and monthly subscriptions for AirSwipe or FloatCalc are managed separately by Google Play. Obtaining lifetime access for an app does not automatically cancel an active subscription for that app. If both are active, review and manage the subscription through the applicable app or Google Play.
• Refunds and revocation: canceling a subscription does not itself issue a refund. Refunds are handled under the Google Play refund policy and applicable law. Pro access may end when a purchase is refunded or revoked or when a subscription actually expires.
• Prices, taxes, and currencies: product prices, subscription prices, taxes, currencies, and offers are displayed by Google Play based on your region and account. Review the final information in the Google Play purchase screen before confirming. A price shown on this website or in a previous app version is not a continuing offer.
• Price changes: we may adjust future purchase or subscription prices based on operating costs, market conditions, or product plans. Price changes affecting existing subscriptions will be handled through Google Play's required notice and confirmation processes and in accordance with applicable law.

Google Play handles the payment process and payment method information. AirSwipe, FloatCalc, and the developer do not directly receive your card number, bank account details, or Google Play payment method details.

III. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Materials

Except for third-party software, models, icons, data, and services, the ownership and intellectual property of EzTools and its original products belong to the developer.

• Related content includes but is not limited to: program code, interface design, graphics, text descriptions, and brand identifiers.
• Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses, notices, data-source terms, and service terms. See Open Source Licenses and Notices.
• Without written permission, copying, redevelopment, resale, or use of the above content for commercial profit is strictly prohibited.

These restrictions do not override rights granted by an applicable open-source license or rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

IV. Disclaimer (Important)

Please be aware of the following before use:

• Reference Nature of Results: Various results, data, content, or suggestions provided by this site and EzTools products are for reference only and should not be considered professional advice or commitments. The developer does not guarantee their absolute accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness.
• FloatCalc Exchange Rates: Currency conversion in FloatCalc uses public daily reference rates supplied by Frankfurter. Rates may be blended from multiple data providers and may be delayed, unavailable, missing, or revised due to publication schedules, market holidays, caching, network conditions, or third-party service availability. A displayed date is the rate's reference date, not a real-time market quote. FloatCalc does not guarantee that exchange rates or conversion results are absolutely accurate, complete, timely, or continuously available.
• Intended Use of FloatCalc: FloatCalc is designed for everyday estimates and general informational reference. It does not provide financial, investment, accounting, tax, audit, or legal advice and is not intended for transactions, settlement, financial reporting, tax filing, valuation, or regulatory uses that require real-time market quotes, professional accuracy, or a specified compliant data source. For decisions involving funds or professional obligations, use data supplied by the applicable bank, trading platform, authority, or qualified professional.
• Liability for Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be held liable for any form of loss (including but not limited to property loss, business interruption, data loss, etc.) caused by the use or inability to use this software.
• As-Is Provision: Software services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and the developer provides no express or implied warranties.

V. Prohibited Conduct

To maintain software security and legal rights, users must not engage in the following activities:

• Decompiling, disassembling, injecting code, bypassing technical limitations, or performing any form of reverse engineering on this software.
• Using this software to engage in activities that violate laws and regulations or endanger network security.
• Maliciously tampering with the content of this software and its official website, or interfering with the normal operation of the server.

VI. Agreement Updates

We may update this agreement based on product features, business needs, or legal requirements. The revised version will identify its last updated date on this page. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide any notice required by applicable law. The effective date of an update is subject to the information shown on this page and applicable law.
