MediaPipe Tasks Core 1.0.0 modification notice

This copy is based on MediaPipe Tasks Core 1.0.0, distributed under the
Apache License 2.0.

EzTools changed the binary distribution as follows:

- TasksStatsLoggerFactory selects MediaPipe's no-operation
  TasksStatsDummyLogger.
- The remote usage logger, its generated logging messages, and its Google
  Data Transport dependencies are not distributed.

The changes disable transmission of MediaPipe usage and performance metrics.
They do not change MediaPipe's on-device task APIs or model execution.
